Your Order
Discount codes can only be used once per customer and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
You will receive a 10% discount code if you subscribe to our newsletter (you can do this in the footer of the website). Once you have entered your email a pop-up box will give you a code to be used on one order only.
Make sure you apply your codes at check out.
You can add a personal message in the "Add Gift Note" box in when you get to your cart. This message will be handwritten on to a Sensiful postcard and included in your Sensiful box. Any special requests, please email hello@sensiful.co.uk and we’ll try and help.
If you need to make an amendment to your order details, please email hello@sensiful.co.uk within 1 hour of placing your order – please make sure you quote the order reference in the email. Please detail the information you want changed such as change to gift message, a change to shipping address etc. We will do our very best to accommodate you.
Our aim is to provide exactly what you see on the website. However, a lot of our products are made in small batches and by small independent makers who are not always able to supply stock as quickly as larger companies. We are also conscious that some of our suppliers are experiencing some ongoing supply chain issues due to the pandemic. Therefore very occasionally we have to switch a product. If we do make a substitution we will make sure it is of the same value, or higher, than the original and complementary to your Sensiful box.
Postage & Packaging
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping within the UK mainland is free for gift boxes. If individual products are added to an order the cost of shipping is £3.99.
How long does delivery take?
We typically ship our Sensiful boxes within 1-3 business days.
We usually send Sensiful boxes by Royal Mail 48 Tracked (letterbox boxes may be sent differently, see below*). They will take approximately 2 working days for delivery. However, in some parts of the country this service can take longer, particularly during Royal Mail strikes and Christmas – so please plan ahead when buying your gifts.
* Some of our letterbox boxes are sent by first class post and they will take approximately 1 working day from dispatch.
We may also use other couriers, particularly for larger parcels - but they will not take any longer than Royal Mail.
Do you do next day delivery?
Not at the moment. If you need your Sensiful box to arrive urgently, please email hello@sensiful.co.uk and we will do our best to get it sent as quickly as possible.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment we ship to any destination in mainland UK. Please contact us regarding shipping to non-Mainland UK (e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc.) as they may require a surcharge or may not be possible at all.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the UK. And we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
How will I know when my Sensiful box has been shipped and when it has arrived?
When we despatch your Sensiful box you will receive an email from us with a unique delivery number. We typically use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels who deliver every day of the week except Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. You can check with the number provided and see when it has been delivered here.
On occasion we may use a different courier - you will receive an email from us with all the tracking details once your package has been fulfilled.
For letterbox boxes we use First Class post. You will recieve an email when your box has been posted but you will not be able to track it.
What happens if my Sensiful Box is damaged on arrival?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and, if possible, contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will make allowances for those sitting under the Christmas free and last date for reporting Christmas damages and issues is Friday 6 January 2023.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We are not responsible for late delivery of any boxes, hampers or gift due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, Royal Mail strikes or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
What happens if my Sensiful gift doesn't turn up?
Please contact us on hello@sensiful.co.uk if you think your Sensiful gift has been "lost in the post". All claims for lost Christmas parcels must be made by Friday 20th January 2023. We cannot guarantee that claims made after this time will be refunded or replaced.
Usually*our gifts are packaged in a single box and sent straight to the recipient. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address then we wrap in brown paper or in a compostible bag so that the gift can be presented to someone else without a shipping label on the front of the box!
*In our Christmas Collection some of the products are packed in attractive recyclable hamper boxes / bottle boxes before being placed in a cardboard postal outer.
The items in the Sensiful box will be wrapped beautifully in tissue and sealed with a sticker.
We can include a greeting card in the Sensiful box if you have added a gift message.
At Christmas there will be a sticker on the box stating "I'm a Christmas Gift - Pop Me Under The Tree". There will be a Christmas card included in the box with your gift message, if you have provided one.
Because most of our sales are gifts we don’t include invoices in any of our boxes and no prices are shown on our gifts.
The environment is important to us. We endeavour to use sustainable / recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Our boxes are FSC-approved, plastic-free, sustainable and recyclable.
Our tissue paper is made from recycled materials, and it's 100% compostable and recyclable. It is printed with soy-based inks on FSC-certified paper. The tissue is acid-free, sulphur-free and lignin-free, making it completely guilt-free.
Our stickers are made out of acid-free paper that's certified by the FSC. They're also printed with soy-based ink and a non-toxic adhesive, which means they're totally recyclable and compostable when it's time to get unstuck.
Our paper voidfill and protective packaging is also FSC approved, made from natural acid-free paper which is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
For larger hampers, and those which contain wine bottles, we use eco-friendly, completely biodegradable wood wool that is responsibly sourced.

Refunds
For full priced items, we have a 30-day refund policy. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If 30 days have passed since purchase was made, we are not able to offer a refund.
If you want a refund within the 30-day timeframe please start the refund by contacting us at hello@sensiful.co.uk for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must return your unused item in the same condition that you received it, along with the order confirmation as proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of postage for your return. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, minus the cost of shipping. The credit will be applied to your bank as soon as possible.
Refunds for bulk orders
For bulk orders of over 5 boxes, we only give a refund for lost or damaged deliveries.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy. We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged and will replace them for the same item. If you wish to exchange your item, please first email hello@sensiful.co.uk
Products & Services
We carefully handpick the products that we put into our Sensiful boxes to make sure you are receiving a premium, original gift. We source all our products from Surrey businesses and charities (you can read all about Our Partners here.) We are thrilled to be helping small, independent businesses. When selecting our items we look at the look, taste or smell (or all three) of the finished product – always looking for gifts that will fill up your senses. We also talk to all our suppliers about their eco-policy and the sustainability of their products and try to pick environmentally friendly products.

Yes - some of the products in our boxes contain allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten. Please contact us directly for more information.
Yes - some of our products contain alcohol. Boxes which include alcohol may only be purchased by customers aged 18 and over.
It varies from product to products but we guarantee a minimum shelf life of 28 days from postage for the earliest dated within the gift box.
Yes! We would love to work with your business to create a perfect, bespoke Sensiful gift box for your clients or colleagues. We can work closely with you to create a bespoke gift. Please email us at hello@sensiful.co.uk with an idea of your requirements.
For Christmas (October -December) orders can only be made bespoke for bulk orders of over 30 boxes. We can work with businesses to create packages to perfectly meet their requirements. Every gift box can include tailored contents and branded gift tags as required. Contact hello@sensiful.co.uk for options and prices. Last orders for Christmas bespoke boxes is Monday 31 October 2022.
